Should I remove the VRO on this engine and just premix. How difficult is it and are there any instructions available? Thanks
 
I think this was one of the first VRO and I do not trust it. Boat has been sitting for 8 years in a garage. I would prefer to know the eng is getting the correct mixture
 
Install the pump for the 1983 model.----------The location to mount it is already there.----------Remove a plug and mount it with 2 screws and a gasket.-----------Location is on the intake manifold near the starter.
