1983 OMC throttle control handle wont raise motor.

I have a 1983 Johnson 75 hp 2-stroke motor on a 1983 Arima 15 ft. Sea explorer. The OMC throttle "up" is not working (no electric sound or movement). The throttle down clearly makes electric sound. So, throttle down works, throttle up doesn't.

Swap the relays around and see if you then have up but no down. If so you have a defective relay.

Thanks for the response. Where's the relay? Yes, i'm mechanically challenged.
