Good afternoon, I am new to the forum and do not have a lot of experience with boat motors. My issue is I put the motor in storage about 2 years ago. It was running fine when it was put up but will not start now. I have a new battery on it but when I try to use the electric start I am just hearing a click in what I guess is the solenoid. Prior to trying to starting the motor I put new fuel in and changed the plugs. After the electric start failed I tried to pull start the motor with no luck. Is this most likely attributed to a bad solenoid or starter? Am I missing something here? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
