"Hi all,
ok...first run for the year, the motor runs on the cups fine in the driveway...I have put 4 new coils on it, new plugs, 2 new batteries, new fuel filter, drained off the 10 Gallons of gas that was in the tank an filled with new. The motor starts perfect in the water idols fair with the odd misfire. Put it in gear and the 90 seems like a 9.0hp...all cables are fully free and don’t seem to be over stretched. When it is throttled into the motor seems like it has plenty of torque but no horsepower. I have checked all the motion of the cables on the throttle body and advancement and it looks like it has full motion of movement. All cylinders are 110 psi all round for compression, plugs gaped at .30.

A physical carb cleaning and is the only thing I can think of in the way of mechanics I have not done.

Any and all suggestions would help...

"check spark the engine will run like a top with no load,you can run it all day on a flusher,then put it in the water and go nowhere,remember you need 3 things spark, compression ,fuel"
