1982 johnson 110 HP starting issues

Hard to get started and once it does you have to stay on the gas to keep it from dying. Seems to be not getting enough fuel. Once it sits and is out of the water it fires up on the first try with no hesitation. I replaced the entire fuel line, now the primer wont get hard. I was thinking it may be a fuel pump issue. Any suggestions?

ck ur spark
ck compression
all good,clean/rebuild carbs,new parts.
a manual is good info
thorough tune up..by the book

decarb....and run some seafoam in fuel tank

Thanks for the advice. This is my first boat and with all the rain we are getting in TN I should have plenty of time to work on it.
