I'm struggling with the timing and and throttle stop. If I set timing where it's supposed to be with the spark advance screw, the timing cam hits the spark advance screw bumper before the throttle linkage hits the engine block. Is the throttle linkage supposed to hit the engine block? It sure looks like it's supposed to but I have to retard timing by about 15 degrees to get the throttle linkage to hit the engine block.
