1982 evinrude 115 jet, fire but no start

Well my boat ran great, then completely fell on, its face, got it back, home, pulled the orifices out of the carbs found a small piece of rubber. I assumed my fuel lines were breaking down, so I replaced every fuel line on the engine and now it won't start. It fires and tries to start , but it does not. I pull the plugs and they're soaked. Am I missing something? It's got to be something stupid right?
