So this is giving you trouble right after taking it from storage/winter lay over?
You note that you purged the gas line, added stablizer/new gas - was it "winterized" properly or was just layed up?
You may have "carb cooties". Even when you take the best of care and follow all the steps to lay up a motor for a few months, carb cooties creep in and clog up the carb jets.
You can try spraying a mix of gas/oil (mixed at 50:1 - don't use carb cleaner or starter fluid) right down the carb throats and see if she will run for a minute. If it does, then either the carbs are clogged or you have a clog in the gas line in, tank pick-up, tank-vent etc - could also be a bad fuel pump bladder - just have to pick a starting point and eliminate the possible issues.
