and need to know oil to gas ratio.

You might want to provide the model number of that motor and see if there is a different mix needed. Some of the older small OMC's required a 24:1 mix instead of the common 50:1 used on the majority of the 2-stroke outboards. If your motor requires the 24:1 and you run it at 50:1 you risk damaging your motor at worst and having the motor run only for a few minutes then dying due to overheating created by insufficient lubrication. "
