"i haven't had this done in 4 years. It seems to be fine. My question is, how hard is it to repair, take apart and put back together? I did it a few years ago on a 35hp evinrude. This seems a bit bigger/harder? Any posts or sights to help me out? I have merc manual.

Actually an easy job.Just make

Actually an easy job.Just make sure you get the bolt under the trim tab.Shift to forward and make sure it is in forward on reassembly.
