1981 Evinrude 90 hp not running on all cylinders

Hi All,
New to this forum and boats, so excuse lack of knowledge.
I have an Evinrude 90hp E90TLCIM outboard that experiences idle issues sometimes and also sometimes cutting out when moving into gear or running at low speeds. Always seems ok when running at high speed, however, every time I use it after a day on the water when I go full throttle it feels like it is not running on all cylinders for awhile then it picks those cylinders back up and it works fine. Not sure what could be causing it. Any help would be appreciated.

How did the motor run for you last season?----Basic tests need to be done.-----Do a compression test and post the actual values.----Does spark jump a gap of 3/8" (1 cm ) on all leads?----Carburetors may be fouled and it is a mistake running a 2 stroke with plugged carburetor jets.----Fuel pump may need a new diaphragm.

It ran about the same last season

Compression Test-
Cylinder 1 - 100 psi Cylinder 3 - 105 psi
Cylinder 2 - 100 psi Cylinder 4 - 105 psi

The spark gap test was good on all leads

I just rebuilt the Carburetors and had replaced the fuel pump last year.

Compression numbers are a little low in my opinion.----That could be your gauge is off.----Run with a timing light one cylinder at a time and see if ignition issues can be pin pointed.---Could be plug wires shorting to latches for cowling.
