I just finished rebuilding the water pump and reattaching the lower unit on a motor I'm rebuilding. When I went to start the motor up I can tell the lower unit is pulling up water but nothing is coming out of the tell tale. On closer inspection I noticed that the water is actually coming out from the connection where the exhaust housing meets with the mount just above the lower unit (circled below). Any ideas why this might be happening? Thanks.
