Hello, I am new to this site. I was hoping maybe someone could give me some ideas about my outboard. I just bought this used Bass Tracker boat and motor. The motor starts up fine and idles fine. The problem is acceleration. At full throttle, it seems to be only as fast as a 15 hp motor. It also has a surge to it at full throttle as well. Any help from you guys who know outboards is much appreciated. Thanks
