1980 MCM 260 - no spark

Hi I have MCM 260 Serial # 5570571. I am getting no spark at the coil wire or the points.
1. With key on, getting 11.9 v at + side of coil and 11.9 v at - side of coil. closed points are getting 11.9v. Distributor plate and base of points are not getting any volts (grounded).
2. Coil was checked and is good. Took coil out of boat put it in a 67 Camaro and worked fine.
3. Replaced points and condenser

I am at a loss what to do next can you help

Look at the neg terminal of coil.

How many wires?

You should have three, Black going to distributor, and two grey wires.

Disconnect the two grey wires and retry

Disconnect the two grey wires and retry

Disconnected the two gray wires - no change. I opened the points and shorted them with a screwdriver very little spark.

Not supposed to be a lot of spark @ that point...
