Bogs down when giving gas and hard to start back up

How did it run for you last season ?----Did motor sit with fuel in the carburetors for a few years?----Post actual compression values?---Does spark jump a gap of 3/8" on each lead?----Are carburetors ( high speed jets ) confirmed clean.----Checked diaphragm in fuel pump ?---Checked flywheel key?

Still the same been trying to figure it out for about 2 years now I do all new spark plug did a comps test all good

Well----" Good compression " ---means nothing to me.---And I can not see, hear or touch your motor.
