If you removed the thrust washer, make sure you didn't put it on backwards....ask me how I know. Also, thoroughly clean the prop shaft and put a light film of grease on it before reinstalling the prop. Old dried grease can sometimes cause the prop bushing to stick when reinstalling.Popped off the prop when I was swapping gear oil and doing an inspection, and the S.O.B won’t go back on now. Idk how to post pictures, but the pass through for the cotter pin is just a hair deeper than flush with the bore hole in the cone/ castle nut
