198? Johnson impeller direction.

Just about to install a new water pump impeller but I'm not sure of the direction of rotation. I can't engage the prop for what ever reason so I can't tell which way to bend the impeller blades when I install it into the housing.

198 what what huh? Well, at least you know it's a Johnson... BUT... are you sure?

No matter which way you have the impeller flexed. As soon as the engine starts to turn over, that impeller is flexed in the proper direction.
