"I have this motor in a stand

"I have this motor in a stand until I find a boat for it. I used a battery to use the Tilt/Trim to put the motor down vertical. It's in my shop and is sticking out in the way. I used the black(-) and green wire to put it down. It went down about 2/3 the way and then stopped. How do I get it down the rest of the way?

The tilt/trim cylinders and motor look good, no leaks, etc.

on the bottom starboard side o

on the bottom starboard side of the bracket there should be a release valve (slot screwdriver). dont turn it out more than 2 times else youll mess up threads couse of a snap ring
