1979 johnson 115 wot Timing issues

Can somebody help me with How many degress BTDC Timing would be on a 1979 "115TL79R" 115 Johnson ?

That timing would only change if someone fooled wityh it.--------It simply does not go out of adjustment.-----------What is your motor doing / not doing.

Had a Bad trigger Timer base, replaced the trigger and I am sure Timing needs to be reset,, should be somewhere around 28 degrees? but not sure, cannot find my repair manual to confirm
