I am not sure why suddenly this is happening - was running just fine and then the power/speed just disappeared. The carbs are clean and in good shape - rebuilt 1 year ago. A friend suggested a lower unit problem - not sure about that. Also, before this when I got it up to speed the boat would just start to run away from itself. I assume this is a throttle issue but could use some advice.
