The power tilt/trim unit worked perfect last fall. i power the unit full up but it would not go down. I released the pressure with the manual vale, tightned it an ran in up, would not go down! . motor reverses as it should so i believe a check valve is stuck. please provide advice and if you agree, where is the check valve located in valve body? Any help much appreciated, Thanks
