I’m very new to boating, I got a cheap 1979 6hp evinrude. The tell tale did work when I bought it. Now when I start it up water only comes out of what I believe is the exhaust pressure release port. Should water instantly come out of the tell tale? Or since it’s been out of water for a few weeks now will it take a while to prime up? I just ran it for a good 5-10 minutes and nothing happened. I’m hoping it’s just a blockage but if anyone actually knows stuff about this engine that would be nice. There’s a photo attached and I circled where the water comes out in red
