i just got a 1979 chrysler boat and 70hp motor.I plan to restore it. It floats and runs,I would like to start with power tilt and trim. I don't know if this is possible, or if this unit is out there. Any help or comments are always welcome. Thanks tjanddj"

I believe cmc is more expensive, I put a panther on my old boat with a 55 rude on it, worked great and is still working for the new owner going on 6 yrs now, it was 500 bucks back then and easy to install. Just get help lifting the motor

I bought a used working setup off Ebay earlier this year for 200 bucks. Came off a 1990 90HP Force, installed it on my 1984 90HP Chrysler. I think yours will use the larger unit as mine did(70 HP and up). Fairly easy install.
There is also a T/T rebuilder on Ebay. Has detailed info on the installation of T/T for Chryslers in PDF format."
