1979 chrysler 6 hp no fire

i have a 1979 chrysler 62hg 6

i have a 1979 chrysler 62hg 6 hp when i received it the coils were not attached they have 2 wires both are red i know one goes to points the other to ground ? i put new points and condencers in and set them to.20 i cant get it to fire possibel bad coils ? any help
