1979 40 hp Mariner Head bolt torque

Pulled the head off today and

Pulled the head off today and gasket BLOWN. the cylinder walls look good and it doesn't look like to much was destroyed so I am putting on a new gasket to see if I get any compression. But I need the torque for the bolts and I assume I start in the middle and work out like I do on other heads.

then number 11 (located below #5 and to the left of #1)

They are torqued in two stages - 11 foot pounds the first go and then 19 foot pounds (final torque)...
