In May i bought a 1979 ranger from original owner . this boat and motor were well taken care of . i had it on the lake about 2 times a week with out any issues. This Sat. night i could not get it to run for the first time .
It will not idle with out giving it about 1/4 throttle and when i back it down to idle it shuts off , after this i replaced the fuel filter and put in 6 fresh spark plugs .It still wont idle this is my first boat and i am very green at this . Any ideas out there ?
