My 1978 v-1500, serial number 5010680, fouls the plugs when run between high idle and WOT. I can clean the plugs and it will run fine WOT until I slow down to a cruising speed and after a few minutes it will start bogging down and not go back to full throttle. Running the BU8H plugs that are called for. There aren't any external carburetor adjusting screws that I can find but I think it needs to be leaned down a little. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
