1978 Mercruiser 470 worth?

I realize this is broad question. But for the sake of the answer, figure the engine has good compression and is strong.

What might a 1978 I/O Mercruiser and leg be worth? Engine runs well, no temp issues, no coolant leaks, just tuned by a reputable shop, still has stator system.

Ayuh,.... If ya find somebody in need of a 470, it'll be worth quite abit,....

Otherwise, it's worth what the drive is worth,.... a few hundred bucks,...
