"When I try to accelerate in gear the engine stalls. It idles fine. I replaced spark plugs, checked compression, and the fuel filter was very clean. I sprayed some carb cleaner in the carb while it was running and it accelerated fine for a second or two and then stalled. Does this mean there is fuel flow problem to the carb? Before I take off the carb and clean/rebuild it, is there anything else I could do? If I do need to remove the carb, how do I remove the one hard to get nut?"
