1978 Evinrude 4HP

I'm hoping for some advice or at least some direction as far as a repair goes for my 78' Evinrude 4HP motor (Model #: 4836E, Serial #: E0001594). It's been sitting in my barn for about 10yrs untouched and I need the throttle arm assembly for it replaced. Can anyone tell me if it's even worth it to repair? Should I bring it somewhere to have it looked at and get a quote for repairs? I don't even know if that is the extent of the problems; however, the last time I used it was 10 yrs ago and it worked fine... until I lost the throttle arm to the ocean. Keep in mind I don't have the necessary knowledge to repair this myself either.. any help would be much appreciated.

Take it into a local Evinrude Dlr and have him give you a quote on it for parts availability and ect.
