"I was having a no start probl

"I was having a no start problem so I removed the flywheel and found a broken wooddrif key. I replaced the key and now it will only start on full throtle. Something is out of sync. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

"Only starts on high speed in neutral. Found broken woodriff key and installed new one but still will not start in low power setting. Something must be out of sync.

May have been re-timed when wo

May have been re-timed when woodruffe key had failed but not given way completely. Re-check timing and try again.
