1978 85hp Chrysler water pump components

I have an 85hp chysler outboard with a 2 piece gearcase . I think it's a 1978 but couldn't verify? I'm having an issue as I pulled apart the gearcase to change the impeller, water pump gasket, water pump seal. I pulled it apart and for the life of me I can't find any of the seals or gasket that matches mine?

In my manual it shows matching pump housing and gasket but manual shows a different impeller than what was installed. Manual shows impeller with 12 fins and the impeller i pulled out had 6 fins.

Now it gets really weird when I try to find the water pump gasket and the water pump seal. I can't find the proper gasket or seal anywhere? I own a Sierra book and it shows gasket for a pump that I believe is for a 1 piece gearcase but I'm not 100%. Does not match though.. I have material to make my own but didn't want to go that route.

I am looking for the correct part numbers for the impeller, water pump gasket and water pump seal??

I have a bunch of photos and can't figure out how to post them 😞. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Water pump housing # 369060
 
Your motor according to the model# is a 1973. They upgraded from a 12 vane to the 6 vane you removed.
The 12 would cost 25$ if you could find it.
Sounds like they use a pump from a newer motor.
Could be a pump from a 50hp mid 80's

Thank you for the response that helped. I ended up replacing some gaskets along with water pump.
