an I have a problem with fuel. when i first take off the motor is fine. after about 100 yards or so it boggs down. allready have new coils, power pack, plugs compression is 150 both sides. carb kit 3yrs. ago. Can anyone give me some kind of feedback

Weak fuel pump or an air leak in some of the connectors/hoses. Test by connecting the fuel hose from tank directly on the carbs and use the primer bulb as pump. (keep it firm all the time)
If OK, then time to check pump, hoses connectors etc.

thought of that but buddy said that fuels all by pulses that wouldnt work?

Lots of expensive new parts thrown at it -------------Time to check carburetors ( must be clean ) and all hoses and connections for leaks. ---------Check test fuel pump as well.------------Have your " buddy " operate the manual fuel pump.

If your 'buddy' was to be correct, it would not be a running 2-stroke engine in the world!! They all have 'pulse' driven fuel pumps!!
