1978 470 fly wheel question

So I have a 1978 470 so I need to know can I swap out the flywheel for the one that has the drive coupler bolted to the fly wheel instead of the crank bolts ?? Are they interchangeable..???

The boat has twin 470s I just need to change 1 engine if that effects anything thanks

Ayuh,.... The difference will be in the flywheel Cover,......

Many ain't big enough inside to clear a flywheel mounted coupler,....

As for the flywheels, I donno's there's a difference, the flywheel mounted couplers mount in the same holes as a pressure plate would,....
