"the bolts came out easy last night it looks like all i have to change is the bottom (barrons) #58,59,60. is that as easy as it sounds????"

"that is were it is loose at,

"that is were it is loose at, the rubbers on both sides of the lower part of the motor look in good shape.
i removed the 2 bolts and released #17. right on top of that were the shaft comes though the bottom of the houseing ( i think thats what it's called)that is were it is loose i didnot see any bearing at that point, i guess that's the problem??? thanks MR"

Normally #21 (lower rubber

Normally #21 (lower rubber element) splits in 2 parts as vulcanization of the plates to the rubber lets go. Elements on the side #16 are never a problem.

"never thought of that, i'

"never thought of that, i'll check tonight.

thanks for the info i'll let you know"

"i checked and you were correc

"i checked and you were correct #21 was GONE rubber and both plates gone.i was going to install #58,59, and 60 before putting it back together. Is there anything i should know about that process?"

"Check side elements #8 and to

"Check side elements #8 and top #29, they often suffer the same. Note that #29 have different part numbers for long and short shaft (hardness of rubber). You may use the 'long shaft' on a short, nut not the other way around."

how do i open that up. does #8

how do i open that up. does #80 on downto #60 come completely off or do i feed #8 an #29 from the under neath?

"Do not take apart unless brok

"Do not take apart unless broken! Wiggle the handle #80, and check that the rubber elements are still vulcanized to the plates and not broken. If broken, just take off the big nuts on the elements and 'twist' the whole unit off. A bit of puzzle, but take Your time."

"thanks i'll check tonight

"thanks i'll check tonight, i'm trying to replace #54 but the nut #45 is not ready to give up yet. I'm haveing to chizzle it off. not an easy job!"

"thanks Morten the drill trick

"thanks Morten the drill trick worked great.
how do i replace #29 without removing 80,79, and 61, or is it possible?"

"That may only be done by Houd

"That may only be done by Houdini!
Off nuts #28 (side elements), and nut #28 (front element)
Then You may 'lift off' the whole assy. A bit tricky with the side elements, but no big problem."

"Morten, it came off real easy

"Morten, it came off real easy with #29 broke in half. i will get a parts list together now. how hard is it going to be to put that assemble back on?"

"No big deal. Let the motor re

"No big deal. Let the motor rest at its back, be careful with the side elements #10, You may have to bend a bit to get them into #80, but no big problem. Be careful not to over tighten nuts #28. Attach #29 to #80 before assembly, then a socket with extension to put on the nut from the front."
