" i have no power when in the water but hooked to garden hose it is fine.when i am almost out of gas it runs fine,i have replaced all fuel lines ,checked for leaks ,checked vent.it goes through 10 gallons of gas in about 2 miles or so,any ideas "

" If you're using that much fuel, you most likely have a carb flooding. Remove the carbs and clean/rebuild them or have it done for you.
