hello im new here and to small outboards. got a 1978 110 just put new plugs and wires all so pulled carb and cleaned replace carb gaskets , float , fuel pump and i still have a bad miss when i open up the throttle i did find the baffle plate gasket leaking a little later to day will this cause a mis?

Yes, air leaks from any number of gaskets will cause a (miss) "sneeze". So will a cracked coil or a leaking crank seal.

cool thanks. i pulled the exhaust manifold off and found i have been getting water in the exhaust now i just need to find gaskets. i looked at oldmerc all they have is the cylinder block to baffle plate gasket. anyone know where i can get the two gasket i need
