after motor has been sitting fuel and oil are running down the leg.

try this remove airbox cover and look and see if it is blowing out of a particular carb,that may be an indication of something else like reeds,etc
ruling out carbs were done properly."

"pull the breather off,.squeeze primer bulb,observe inside of carb---fuel running out,...clean/rebuild both using new parts.no leak,..then u r seeing fuel 'condensate'..from the exhaust hsng...if u have liquid gas running down,...the carbs and fuel pump needs to be ck'ed."
