"Everytime I start the motor the fuse in the fuseable link blows, and I have to replace the fuse each time to start it. Any ideas as to what could be the cause of this."

"The fuse should be a 20 amp fuse. If so, temporarily disconnect the red cable from the electric starter, being sure to keep that cable end from touching anything.

Now, turn the ekey to the start position. Of course nothing will happen except having the starter solenoid engage..... hear it click?

If the fuse did not blow, I would assume that something is wrong with the starter and it is drawing excessive amperes, voltage, etc.

If the fuse still blows, then obviously the problem lies elsewhere in the electrical system. Let us know what you find."
