1977 70hp evinrude stalls out

i have a 1977 70hp 3 cylinder

i have a 1977 70hp 3 cylinder evinrude.it idles fine but when you go to give it trottle it is like it is losing power.i have cleaned the carbs put new gas line and a new fuel pump and that has not helped.one of the coils is cracked.could someone please help me with this i am getting very disgusted.the boat had not been used in 6 years.

ihave a 1977 70hp 3 cylinder evinrude does any one know what the compression ratio is suppose to be?
