"on the water this weekend and high speed worked great but at idle it's slow and go to take off with skier it bogs down and stalls seems to idle too slow tried to adjust linkage and can't find middle of the road either too slow or too high,if these carb adjustments are fixed how do i get a little more rpm.on my previous post you can see all the work that has been done,any help would be great"

Have you considered that the motor ( pistons and rings ) is just plain worn out???????
 
"I would start with looking at

"I would start with looking at the mark where the throttle cam is on the motor. If the cam follower isn't lined up with the mark at idle, there can be a flat spot in your carbs. I've found a problem every time my follower isn't lined up with the mark or atleast a little advanced. Also look at replacing your idle orifices(jets) with a different size for more out of the hole punch. You can also try buying some universal Doel Finns that help the boat plane quicker."
