after I put my new engine in is there any way I can pressure check the water sytem to make sure I dont have any water leaks before I actually put it in the water this spring? I just trying to think ahead.I wanta make sure my OMC exhaust manifolds dont have any leaks or anything else.My wife would not be to happy rowing us in LOL

Are you running Raw Water, or a Closed System?

With a Closed System, you simply fill with water, then ues a Pressure Tester, as in a Radiator Shop type, if you are using a Radiator Cap on the Header Tank, and if you lose pressure, and no external leak, then you have an internal leak.

With the Raw Water type, you have to isolate the water that exits the end of the Exhaust Manifolds, and apply pressure at the intake hose, and block off the exit hoses.
