I have a 1977 115 hp evinrude outboard....had issues with the cooling system, got those resolved...but now when we start it on the muffs will run and idle great! ....as soon as it gets put in a lake with back pressure on it we cant get it to idle let alone stay running! What is going on here?? Crank case seal??? Would love hear some ideas!!!
