Hello everyone new guy here hoping to get some help. I got this motor running a few weeks ago. It was sitting for a few years and needed a new i wanna call it driver coil. Then set points and new plugs. She ran real well till the other day out fishing and it was time to leave started her up and she idled fine. got my anchors up put it in gear and started to go and it felt like it was running on one cyclinder. I so i pulled a bottom plug and wouldnt start. so pulled top plug it started but choppy. i had spared plug and it ran fine when i changed it out at idle. Then up from idle ran bad cleared out a little bit then then runs bad not sure if it is a carb problem. any help or thought would be nice. if ya need some more info ask and i will tell ya what i can thanks

Clean the carb.clean it twice get it good and clean.Try it and get back.Sounds as tho you got it running without a carb kit.That should have been preference when starting a motor that set long periods.

I forgot to mention that running motor in driveway with muffs runs fine but in water runs bad
