1976 Chrysler 75 hp outboard

I have a 1976 Chrysler 75hp outboard model 757HC. It runs great when it gets spark. I can try to start it 20 minutes later or the next day and there is no spark. I can wait a while and it will run again. Has anyone had the same problem and if so how did you fix it?

Check the neutral start switch if it has one.
