"Installed used controls (Evinrude Power Pilot)that connected perfectly, but forward is now reverse vice/versa. Throttle is fine. Is there a conversion linkage that I need? Should the shifter arm move forward for reverse? and should the shift rod be in reverse when in upward position? That's how it is now."
