1976, 70hp Seahorse Fuse

I ran the boat yesterday and it was fine. Today I turned the ignition on and all there is is a Click. I thought it was the battery so I got another one. I changed the solenoid out a month ago and the coils at the same time (no reason). After the new battery didn't resolve the issue I looked for loose connections and didn't see any. I opened the fuse and it basically fell apart. I can't find the fuse in my manual??
Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
#23 in the parts diagram on this site?..... Look at the parts list and you will find that it is 20 amps

Any help mine is a manual 70s 20 seahorse. The ign switch got left on. Batt fine. New sylinoid, new batt cables. But now nothing. I cant find any fuse for the life of me. Nothing aroumd starter. Nothimg near fuel pump. Nothing following red line from sylinoid. I just bought. Idk of someone took out of the line. Any help please. This is not a key start. Just a switch. Thank i
 
What is a manual 70s 20 seahorse?
What year & what model #.
A manual (rope start) wouldn't have an electric start or circuitry.
All the old OMC engines with electric start used the same fuse, P/N 510884. If the diagram above is incorrect it will be similar. Look for a fed or possibly black rubber push together connection in the wire.
