1976 115hp Johnson won't stay running

I've read alot of fourms before I posted this.
I rebuilt the carbs, soaked them in carb cleaner for a week. Sucked all the gas out of my gas tank. New gas and the right mixture. I unplugged the kill switch. Buld stays hard. I have spark compression is 120 to bout 118on all 4.
I got it to run Sunday morning in the yard with the hose hooked up for about 15 minutes. Then went. To the lake to see is it would move since ei just got it not long ago. And I get there and it wouldn't run at all.
I am a mechanic but I don't work on boats.
Any help would be appreciated.
 
3 of them jump a 7/16th gap no problem the 4th one can barley see it. Also fixed the spark advance issue guy got the boat from hadd the throttle cable cranked out alot
 
Got it to run went out Sunday it will start but idle is way too low that have to keep the idle speed up. And if you go wot the butterflies open a little over a 1/4 I thin I need to do so cable adjustments on it and it should be good
 
Well got it to run but just falls in it's face once it's on plane, everything's set right idles perfect, hit wot it takes off gts on plane heb just falls on it's face
