1975 Johnson Outboard Fuel Leak

Hi all -- I had a hose off of the 2 nipples below the carburetor that was leaking fuel. I put that hose back on, but now I see a drip on the side of the top carburetor. Is it leaking through the gasket? It's right on the side of the carb.
