Motor runs great. sounds like

Motor runs great. sounds like it is idled to low. It runs smooth its just too low. When i shift into gear it dies alot. Idle it up or does it sound like carbs? How do you idle it up? Any time i start it i have to move the warm lever up about a quarter inch or so.

"there is a screw on the throttle arm....move it and u can see where it retracts to...adj by screwing it in a cpl turns and see what it does.do not turn the one w/a rubber cup/or boot on it,where it stops at full throttle."
